Pasta and Zucchini
  • 2 medium zucchinis Fresh, sliced
  • 8 ounces pasta of your choice Cook according to package instructions
Flavoring
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Adjust amount to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Sautéed gently
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For sautéing

Method
 

Cooking the Pasta and Zucchini
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add sliced zucchini and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
