- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into meatballs.
- Place the meatballs in the slow cooker.
Cooking
- In a separate bowl, mix together beef broth, brown gravy mix, mushrooms, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over meatballs in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the meatballs are cooked through.
Serving
- Serve warm, spooning gravy over the meatballs.
Notes
Serve the meatballs over mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles for a complete meal. Garnish with fresh parsley for extra color. These meatballs also pair well with steamed vegetables or a simple salad. If you prefer a thicker gravy, mix a tablespoon of cornstarch with some water and add it to the slow cooker during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
