Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 pound Chicken (your choice of cuts) Use chicken breast or thighs.
  • 2 medium Sweet potatoes Cut into cubes.
  • 2 cups Broccoli Cut into florets.
  • 1 medium Avocado Sliced for serving.
Seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the sweet potatoes into cubes and toss them with your preferred seasonings.
  3. Spread the sweet potatoes on a sheet pan.
  4. Season the chicken with spices and place it on another sheet pan.
  5. Cut the broccoli into florets, season them, and place them on a third sheet pan.
Cooking
  1. Bake all three sheet pans in the oven for about 25-30 minutes or until everything is cooked through.
  2. Once done, let everything cool before portioning into meal prep containers.
  3. Add sliced avocado on top before serving.

Notes

Use a variety of seasonings to keep flavors interesting. Ensure sweet potatoes and broccoli are cut into similar sizes for even cooking. Rotate flavors each week to avoid monotony.
