Main ingredients
  • 4 pieces chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil for frying

Method

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Sriracha, honey, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to create the bang bang sauce.
  2. Dredge the chicken thighs in flour, then dip them into the sauce, and finally coat them with breadcrumbs.
Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the breaded chicken thighs to the skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  3. Remove from heat and drizzle with remaining bang bang sauce before serving.

Notes

Ensure the oil is hot enough before adding the chicken to get that crispy texture. Don't overcrowd the skillet; cook in batches if necessary. Adjust the amount of Sriracha in the sauce to fit your spice preference.
