Ingredients
  

For the Margarita
  • 2 oz tequila
  • 1 oz lime juice Use freshly squeezed for best flavor.
  • 1 oz cucumber juice Make by blending fresh cucumbers and straining.
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup Homemade recommended.
  • 1-2 slices jalapeño Adjust to taste.
  • Salt For rimming the glass.
  • Cucumber slice and lime wedge For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Rim a glass with salt by running a lime wedge around the rim and dipping it in salt.
  2. In a shaker, muddle the jalapeño slices.
  3. Add tequila, lime juice, cucumber juice, and simple syrup to the shaker with ice.
  4. Shake well until chilled.
  5. Strain into the prepared glass over ice.
  6. Garnish with a cucumber slice and lime wedge.

Notes

For best taste, use freshly squeezed lime juice and homemade simple syrup. Chill your glass in the freezer before serving for an extra refreshing experience.
