Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Schafskäse, cream cheese, and sour cream.
  2. Use a fork to mash and mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in the chopped herbs, garlic powder, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.
  5. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve with bread or vegetable sticks.

Notes

If you have any leftovers, store the dip in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Give it a stir before serving again, as ingredients may separate.
