Preparation
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and chili flakes to make the sauce.
- Toss the chicken pieces with cornstarch until evenly coated.
Cooking
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook until golden and cooked through, about 6–8 minutes.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and stir to coat. Let it simmer until thickened, about 2–3 minutes.
- Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Add cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to combine with the sauce and chicken.
Serving
- Serve Sticky Garlic Chicken Noodles warm on a plate or in a bowl. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
To store leftovers, keep them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet over medium heat, adding a splash of water or broth for moisture. You can also substitute chicken for shrimp or tofu, and add vegetables for variation.
