  • 1 box brownie mix Use your favorite brand.
  • 2 large eggs Room temperature for better mixing.
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil Can substitute with melted coconut oil or unsweetened applesauce.
  • 1 cup crushed strawberries Fresh, ripe strawberries are best.
  • 1 cup chocolate chips You can use white or milk chocolate chips if preferred.
Topping Ingredients
  • 1 cup crushed cookies Use butter or graham crackers.
  • 1 cup whipped cream or Cool Whip For a lighter option, use low-sugar whipped cream.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven according to the instructions on the brownie mix box and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in the crushed strawberries and half of the chocolate chips into the brownie batter.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Baking
  1. Bake according to the box instructions until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  2. Allow brownies to cool completely.
Topping and Serving
  1. Once cool, spread whipped cream evenly over the top.
  2. Sprinkle the crushed cookies on top of the whipped cream, followed by the remaining chocolate chips.
  3. Cut into bars and serve.

Notes

For serving, enjoy chilled or at room temperature. These bars can be served alone or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Garnish with extra whipped cream or chocolate syrup for added flavor.
