  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz / 96 g) This binds and adds sweetness.
  • ½ cup crushed pineapple juice or cold milk Choose pineapple juice for additional fruity flavor.
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar Optional, for extra sweetness.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced strawberries and pineapple chunks.
  2. In another bowl, mix the heavy whipping cream (or Cool Whip) and sour cream (or Greek yogurt) until smooth.
  3. Add the instant vanilla pudding mix and crushed pineapple juice (or cold milk) to the cream mixture. Stir until well combined.
  4. Gently fold in the strawberries, pineapple, and mini marshmallows.
  5. If desired, add the powdered sugar for extra sweetness. Mix everything well.
Chilling
  1. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

Use fresh fruits for the best flavor. Ripe strawberries and fresh pineapple make a big difference. You can customize the salad by adding other fruits like bananas or mandarin oranges.
