Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, shredded cheese, and melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- Bake the crust for 15 minutes, then let it cool.
Cheesecake Filling
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sour cream, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
- Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
- Swirl in half of the strawberry puree, then add the remaining cream cheese mixture on top.
- Swirl the remaining strawberry puree on top.
Baking
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
- Let it cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
Notes
Serve chilled for best flavor. Use fresh strawberries for puree and consider alternative fruit purees for variations.
