Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine sunflower seeds and a pinch of salt.
  2. Melt dark chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.
  3. Stir in the maple syrup into the melted chocolate.
  4. Pour the chocolate mixture over the sunflower seeds and mix well.
  5. Spoon the mixture onto parchment paper and shape into bites.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator until set, then enjoy!
