  • 1 head head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1-2 tablespoons sriracha sauce (to taste) Adjust based on spice preference.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish, optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, maple syrup, sriracha, salt, and pepper. Toss until well coated.
  3. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Cooking
  1. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender and caramelized, stirring halfway through.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
Serving
  1. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
  2. Serve warm as a side dish or appetizer.

Notes

To store leftovers, let the cauliflower cool completely. Place it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the oven or microwave when ready to eat. Adjust the amount of sriracha for spice preference and mix in other vegetables like carrots or bell peppers for variations.
