  • 1 can (15 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 package (8.5 oz) corn muffin mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional) Adjust amount based on preference
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the creamed corn, whole kernel corn, corn muffin mix, sour cream, and melted butter until well combined.
  3. If using, fold in the shredded cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
Baking
  1. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  2. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your delicious sweet corn casserole!

Notes
