Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, corn muffin mix, sour cream, and melted butter; mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 45-60 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
Notes
For an extra golden-brown top, you can sprinkle some shredded cheddar cheese over the casserole during the last 10 minutes of baking.
