Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sweet potato puree, peanut butter, cocoa powder, and maple syrup. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
Baking
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
Notes
Serve warm or at room temperature. These brownies can be topped with powdered sugar or chocolate sauce. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, refrigerate for up to a week, or freeze for up to 3 months.
