Preparation
- Cook ground beef in a large skillet, then drain any fat. Stir in taco seasoning, ranch seasoning, and water, simmering until the liquid is fully absorbed.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
- Cut each crescent triangle lengthwise in half to create 16 smaller triangles. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and a sprinkle of cheese at the wide end of each small triangle.
- Roll each triangle from the wide end towards the narrow end. Arrange them seam-side down on an ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the bites are golden brown. Serve them warm.
