Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and honey (or maple syrup) until smooth.
  2. Stir in oats and cocoa powder until well mixed.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Press the mixture into a greased or lined square pan.
  5. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until firm.
  6. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. For longer storage, freeze individually wrapped squares.
