- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and honey (or maple syrup) until smooth.
- Stir in oats and cocoa powder until well mixed.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Press the mixture into a greased or lined square pan.
- Refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until firm.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. For longer storage, freeze individually wrapped squares.
