  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt.
  3. Add the yeast mixture, olive oil, minced garlic, and rosemary to the flour. Mix to form a dough.
  4. Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Baking
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Punch down the dough and divide it into muffin portions.
  3. Place the portions in a greased muffin tin and let rise for another 20 minutes.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Enjoy warm with a pat of butter.
