Ingredients
  

Ramen Broth
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Mirin
  • 1 tbsp Grated fresh ginger
  • 2 cloves Minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
For Serving
  • 4 packs Ramen noodles
  • 200 g Cooked chicken breast shredded
  • 4 Soft-boiled eggs
  • 2 Sliced green onions
  • 2 Nori sheets optional

Method
 

Prepare the Broth
  1. In a large pot, combine chicken broth, soy sauce, mirin, grated ginger, minced garlic, and sesame oil. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat.
  2. Let the broth simmer gently for 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld, stirring occasionally. Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary.
Cook Noodles and Assemble
  1. While the broth simmers, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain well and set aside.
  2. Divide the cooked noodles among four serving bowls. Ladle the hot ramen broth over the noodles.
  3. Arrange shredded chicken, halved soft-boiled eggs, and sliced green onions on top of each bowl of ramen. Add nori sheets if desired. Serve immediately.
