Ingredients
  

Turkey Rub
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 1 tsp Dried Rosemary finely crushed
  • 0.5 tsp Cayenne Pepper optional

Method
 

Preparing the Rub
  1. In a small bowl, combine all the rub ingredients: brown sugar, smoked paprika, kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, dried rosemary, and cayenne pepper (if using).
  2. Mix thoroughly with a spoon or whisk until all ingredients are well combined and there are no clumps.
  3. Use immediately to season your turkey, or store for future use.

Notes

Store any leftover rub in an airtight container in a cool, dark place for up to 6 months. For best results, apply the rub generously under and over the skin of the turkey.
