  • 1 cup whipped topping You can experiment with different flavors of whipped topping.
For the Decoration
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • Food coloring (pink, blue, purple) Use different shades of colors for a better swirl effect.
  • Rainbow sprinkles Use for decoration.
  • Mini cupcake liners Use to hold the cheesecake bites.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped topping until combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into three bowls.
  4. Add a few drops of different food coloring to each bowl and mix until you achieve your desired colors.
Assembly
  1. Layer the colored cheesecake mixture in mini cupcake liners, creating a swirl effect.
  2. Top with crushed graham crackers and rainbow sprinkles.
Chilling
  1. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

These cheesecake bites are best served chilled. Place them on a colorful platter for a festive look. You can also add extra rainbow sprinkles on top for more fun. Store any leftover cheesecake bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for up to a month. Thaw in the refrigerator before serving.
