  • 2 cups peach nectar Use ripe peaches for the best flavor.
  • 2 cups sparkling water Can be substituted with soda or flavored sparkling water.
  • 1 cup sliced peaches Fresh, ripe peaches are recommended.
  • 1 cup mixed berries Includes strawberries, blueberries, raspberries.
  • 1 orange, sliced Adds citrus flavor.
  • to taste fresh mint leaves Garnish for serving.
  • as needed ice Add to glasses just before serving.

Preparation
  1. In a large pitcher, combine the peach nectar and sparkling water.
  2. Add the sliced peaches, mixed berries, and orange slices.
  3. Stir gently to combine.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Notes

Make it in advance so the flavors meld together. You can add a splash of lemon or lime juice for extra tang. If you have leftovers, store in a sealed pitcher in the refrigerator.
