  • 2 pieces peaches, diced Fresh peaches are recommended for the best taste.
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped Can be replaced with basil for a different flavor.
Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional) Add more honey for a sweeter salad.
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced watermelon and peaches.
  2. Add the chopped mint leaves.
  3. Drizzle lime juice and honey over the fruit.
  4. Sprinkle a pinch of salt.
  5. Gently toss everything together until well mixed.
