White Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients
  

Brownie Base
  • 1 cup white chocolate, chopped Chop into small pieces for even melting.
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour Can substitute with gluten-free blend.
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chopped white chocolate and butter. Heat in short bursts, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
  3. Stir in the granulated sugar until well combined.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Gently fold in the flour and salt until just combined.
  6. Finally, add the white chocolate chips and mix well.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
Baking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  2. Let cool in the pan before cutting into squares and serving.

Notes

For serving, enjoy plain, with vanilla ice cream, or drizzled with melted white chocolate. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
