Preparation
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.

Cooking

- Remove the chicken, shred it, and return to the pot.
- Stir in the milk or cream to add creaminess.

- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Cut the vegetables into even pieces to ensure they cook uniformly. For a thicker soup, mash some of the potatoes before adding the milk or cream. Adjust the seasoning as needed.
