  • 1 cup fresh or frozen wild blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon matcha green tea powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional) For added sweetness
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess) Can be omitted for a vegan option
  • Ice cubes (optional) For a colder smoothie

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine the wild blueberries, banana, almond milk, matcha powder, honey or maple syrup (if using), and Greek yogurt (if using).
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. If you prefer a colder drink, add ice cubes and blend again until the desired consistency is reached.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy your nutritious smoothie!

Notes

Serve immediately for the best flavor. Leftovers can be stored in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 24 hours, but it's best enjoyed fresh.
