Preparation
  1. Wash and gently dry the blueberries, ensuring no excess moisture remains.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the dried blueberries with the Greek yogurt and optional honey, stirring until all blueberries are evenly coated.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the coated blueberries in a single layer, making sure they don't touch.
  4. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 1 hour, or until the yogurt is firm.
  5. Transfer the frozen yogurt-covered blueberries to an airtight container and store in the freezer.

Notes
