Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, eggs, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Stir until smooth and well combined to form a dough-like consistency.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for 30–40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Let cool completely before slicing. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Use full-fat Greek yogurt for the best results. If the batter seems too dry, add a touch more yogurt or a splash of water. Experiment with herbs, spices, or even a pinch of sweetener for custom flavors.
