Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Slice the zucchinis into thin rounds.
  3. In a bowl, mix the zucchini slices with Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the zucchini slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and drizzle with olive oil.
Baking
  1. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
