- Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
- Add the onion, garlic, carrots, and celery. Sauté for a few minutes until the vegetables soften.
- Pour in the beef broth and diced tomatoes. Stir in the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
- Close the lid, set to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
- After cooking, allow for a natural pressure release.
- If using, stir in the frozen peas before serving.
